The reason of my complaining is that the management of HBL- Quaidabad Branch is use fake currency notes of one thousand rupees. Many hbl customers is complaining that they were getting these type of notes but the management was refused them. Yesterday when I use there ATM, I got a fake thousand rupee note. When I used to it for purchasing the shop keeper was told me that it is fake note. In that case, I come to the hbl branch to inform them and exchange the note, so the branch manager who is an idiot, stupid person, who didn’t know how to talk with the customers, ethics and his behaviour very disappointed me. He blames on me that I do that for just thousand rupee which is coming in my property. so I just want to take a inquiry on this hbl branch and give some lesson on the branch manager to How to talk with customers.
