i submit my case for opening of salary account before 6 month and above. brewery bank officer mr babar inform me that your account has already open but title of account incorrect i.e mr ramzan instead of my real name muhammad ashraf having cnic no.32103-0296015-1. i request mr babar for resolve the mater then he asked me to close your previous acount when account close then apply for block my atm card online help centre. after closing of my account then i call help centre for blocking of my atm card. after blocking of my atm card then process my request for opening of new account. after lapse of 6-7 month my new salary not yet open nor any info received from brewry road branch. i also contact mr babar bank officer of brewry road university branch but he did not cooperate me.
