I would like to lodge complaint here against HBL remittance department. Remittance of $2500 was sent to me from Australia with the reference number of (SFTN304664). The status of the remittance says that it has been credited into my UBL account on 21/9/16. After waiting for so many days i contacted HBL and they said the remittance has been credited but UBL clearly denied. After finishing with the blame game of HBL, i contacted Sydney forex in Australia and asked them to inquire asap. i received an email from Sydney forex that HBL received the money but they didnt credit it because of transaction stuck SAF-LOG some technical issue. It has been 10 days and i still didn’t receive my money as it usually goes into my account with in 24hours. I am going to lodge an official complaint to State Bank of Pakistan and i know for a fact that HBL will come back with stupid apology. I am so disappointed with HBL as they have showed such an unprofessional behavior towards and i still didn’t receive a single phone call.

from asia express exchange, lulu salala, oman .
till todate the amount is not credited to my hbl account.
