My HBL sent letters to me which I don’t received on time and address. If one not received, it will be back to sender and it’s come in their knowledge. Gate Keeper given me late these letter. I update my residence address last year to my branch and letter shows that it will also go same. Today, its come in my knowledge that they are closing my account and need to submit documents. If letter not reach to me they will close and need to face problem. Advice boys to deliver on address and take sign. Many gatekeepers don’t know which letter is belong to anyone. It’s a critical matter and people face problems later due not receive, change residence or in holidays out of home.
I think July letter goes to my previous address as informed by bank.
