with due respect i would like to inform you i have submitted below application 3 months before nobody has taking action on that and after 3 months bank is asking me to pay penalty even though mistake has been made by Bank. Shameful act.

Hope you are doing good, with due respect I would like to inform you that I am Sheikh Salif customer of your honorable bank have an account .I have been using this account for 5 years. I am facing a serious issue regarding person loan. I had applied for loan in your bank as per your bank’s person Mr. Sohail Naqvi said, I must be receiving a call from bank representative and they will inform me how much amount have been approved if that amount does not meet my requirement so I can refuse the application without any unfamiliar charges. It is unfortunate that they have transferred loan in my account without any acknowledgment or confirmation that I agree or disagree on that amount. I repeated once again bank didn’t inform me and asked me for confirmation or make any call. Therefore, bank has transferred Two Lacs and Seventy Thousand Rupees (2,70,000) in my account which doesn’t meet my requirement and don’t need it any more. Bank has also charged processing fee and many other different duties on me. There was nothing in my acknowledgement and I also do not know the installment plan either it is one year, two, three or five. I have informed Mr. Sohail about this all on the second moment when I came to know about this activity of my account.
I hereby request that kindly reimburse that loan from my account and refund all the charges deducted from my account.
I look forward for a positive a response from you as soon as possible.
