Dear HBL Authority.
I swiped my debit card at shopping mall and the amount was deducted and the charged amount has not been reversed to date instead of a lot of verbal and written complains for 20 days. I may call it a degital corruption….my amount is being utilized illegally by hbl… I have decided to put an FIR on HBL for this kind of fraud
