Today i have visited this branch i was ask for paying the OTS Fees he said yes ots fees is accepted here. I have filled the form and standing in a que for my turn after reaching to the counter after an hour he said fees is not accepted here i am depositing money and you have to go to other counter and there is also a long que i requested him to plz submit my fees but the cashier said no i cant accept go to the other counter and his behaviour is too much rude.
Plz take some action ls about this type of bankers to give respect to customers.
