Subject: Debit Card..
Dear Sir,
Respectfully I want to say that I has been a customer having Account No. 000825-7900476103 of HBL Shergarh District Mardan. I have opened my account on 17.3.2016. I had applied for Debit Card on May 9, 2016. After submission of the case I asked the bank personally for my card, but the reply was in No. After some days on the request the bank authorities responded, that my Debit Card has been sent back to the Head Office. I asked them that why they have returned it, when I have asked for it regularly each week. The bank authorities have also my contact number. They did not make an endure to inform me of my card, for which I was waiting intensely.
Dear Sir, I have paid sum of Rs. 805/- as ATM Fee on 9-5-2016; for the same. Sir, I’ll be most grateful if I was given help in the above case.
