It apprised that staff of HBL branch PAF Base Sargodha (Mushaf) Branch Code 0503 are refusing to receive a Challan No. 2018067214 & Challan No. 2018067253 wide account No Collection A/C # 00427991777803. Meanwhile your staff used worst language while dealing with customer and refuse to receive the Challan form.

This behavior is 2nd time repeated by your staff same as 1st time on dated 14th September, 2018 during Challan No 2018019259
