AoA,, I am HBL costomer JAVED ALI, i have Salary Account in HBL Since 2006. I have a problem and it is humbly requested to resolve the same at earliest…. HBL is deducting unnecessary amounts from my account in every month. I have requested concerned bank many times, but bank employees are not responsive and asking that these are sms alert charges. It is added that no sms from bank authorities are received in my mobile phone since last one year, but bank is still deducting the amounts. I was also contacted HBL head office Karachi and they promised that in future these unnecessary recoveries will not be deducted from your account. But same exercise is still continue. Please look into the matter and resolve the long outstanding issue… thanks.
