Dear Sir,
Respectfully stated that I, Muhammad Abdul Basit S/O Safdar Ali working as an accountant in OGDCL, having CNIC No. 36603-3342019-3. My current account no 01047900030801 (HBL Burewala Vehari bazar branch). On Saturday 18-08-2018 I received a call from unknown person at 4:30 pm who told that he is speaking from HBL head office Karachi that my account is in under observation of FIA due to account balance more 2 million and introduced himself as a representative of FIA. As a responsible citizen I gave the required information asked by the person. After that call my account is been debited by an amount of Rs. 300,000 between 18-08-2018 to 20-08-2018 and through sms alert service I received sms detail about the amount that is been debited from my account.
I contacted with my bank as well as helpline regarding to inform bank and to immediately close my account. Bank manager assured me that my account is been closed and safe. But again my account is been debited an amounted Rs. 300,000. If the bank took immediate action and my account was closed then I might save my 300,000. This shows the irresponsible behavior of bank staff. Therefore, my humble request to you is that after receiving my complain the bank didn’t close my account and the bank is the responsible for my loss. Kindly take an immediate action against bank manager and staff and help me to give back my account. If your highness mercy sheds upon me you will be remembered in my prayers.
