on 21-03-2022 it was time about 3:30 i was at HBL Bank Pano Akil Branch, and i was there for submitting the Challan and the Casher person who misbehaved with me and also pushed back my hand while i was giving challan to him and he refused me with rude behavior and said i will not receive you challan and same was returned to me and He also did same with other customers and its it happens with me first time in this same Bank and same branch by same person, due to locality and belong to same city, that’s why he behaved with peoples rudely and its not good for management and nor for the the customers who mostly visited the bank on daily basis, and due to aged so many people avoid to complainant against him after it i approached to Branch Manger who also said that i m helpless so you may file the complainant against the that employee and also disclosed that branch got also complainant against same employee, so kindly take legal action against him,

* Get refund / replacement / damages from HBL.
