I ordered two products online. Muhammad Mohsin who owns the business forwarded me Malik’s number to order from him. Malik send me pictures of the item and confirmed the order. I ordered on COD. He intentionally frauded me and send me fake items. When I called him and messaged him to inquire he didn’t respond. I called TCS to stop payment but they said we cannot do anything although i told them that it’s a fraud and you should stop COD payment sameday. But they refuse to stop payment and said we transfer the amount sameday which seems impossible. I want to return the items and need refund and want these people to be added in blacklist so they don’t fraud anyone again. Details are in pictures attached.
