AOA, Respected Sir,
I was apply for local degree equivalance certificate from HEC through TCS Vide Slip No. 0564965443 dated 05.10.2020 after lapse of 21 days documents return with the objection from TCS office Islamabad after that i submitted the new case with new fee. but my previous fee not refund by TCS. I made complaint in TCS office Bahawalpur but they give no response i registered a compliant on TCS complaint no near about two weeks ago but still no response received.
So requested to please solve my issue as early as possible.
