Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to complaint about poor and unsatisfactory services by LCS. Yesterday I received a call from 0311-1527263 about the parcel (Heels Shoes) from LCS and collect the cash payment on delivery but when I opened the parcel the shoes was very bad Quality and also size difference and now heels Shoes company not responding to me and blocked my phone number.
I am home lady and I can’t move anywhere for return it.
Therefore, i request you to kindly return this parcel from my home address and refund cash to me by overall refund policy of LCS company.
For your information i have attached the details of the parcel above in this email.
