Being vexed an aggrieved by Hesco employee annoying different tactics i.e disconnected the domestic electricity connection in this hot season for bribe, the details depicted below:
1. That I am living being tenant, consumer of HESCO vide Ref No: 04373460180300, the meter in the name of owner of House Namely Muhammad Hassan at Shahpur Chakar City.
2. That my profession is Government Teacher, Peace loving Citizen of Pakistan under Constitution.
3. That an employee Namely Saeed Ahmed came at my house different time and date, said to me that your meter is very slow and you should pay Rs: 1000/- Per month to me, but being Teacher his illegal proposal refused to pay illegal demand, thereafter he threatened to me that your electricity connection will be disconnected within hour, the same was disconnected by him. however, I am regular paying whole dues but this punishment suffered by him because I refused illegal terms and condition of Saeed Ahmed because who is domain over Sub Division HESCO Shahpur Chakar.
4. That thereafter the whole story narrated before SDO HESCO Shahpur Chakar but he denied necessary action which is under his jurisdiction.
5. That while again I went to my duty at Village Palh he disconnected my electricity connection in this hot Ramazan without any complaint, however, my meter is running correct but he wants to fulfill his illegal demand which is not carried on so he wants to humiliated me such through disconnection my electricity supply.
6. That I Crave to higher authority to take legal notice against HESCO employee who regularly annoying me for illegal demand / bribe which prohibited in law.
7. That if my grievances may not resolved by higher authorities i reserve my right to sue against in competent court for justice.
8. Finally in view of above light of fact that may kindly be taken drastic action against unleashed employee of HESCO who abuse the power of aginst rule and who misappropriation in government fund, the purpose the government become insolvent.
Note: this written application brought before XEN HESCO sanghar and Superintendent Engineer Imtiaz Ahmed Malak who may not action against his employee who pressed the complaint under the table for protect their employee instead action.
