Dear sir,
i am shahid shabbir having reference 10-37241-0044960. phuleli division.
i have to pay unjust-ed bill with amount of 1000 as a installment which is totally illegal.
you are requested to please wave off all installment and give the relief because i am poor person and alone who is on job.
