Subject: Remove illegal dedication without any real justification
Respected Sir,
I am consumer of electricity company vide reference No.115 371820678301 (Zafrullah S/O Shakurrullah) H# D-57 Sachalabad Qasimabad Hyderabad Sindh. I am paying electricity charges to the HESCO department regularly without any default, We are four family members, Me, Wife and two children’s, me and my wife working in private sector jobs and my children’s studding in nursery schools, After the 3:00 PM we are back to home and no any single A/C installed in my this rented house.
That, the month of July 2017 still up to-date HESCO Department imposed illegal detection upon me without any justification and any reason has been shown in the electricity bill.
That, the HESCO Department without issuance of notice to me has repeatedly imposed detection bill and flagrantly violated the electricity rules.
4) That,I had approached to the HESCO authorities respectively for removed the detection bill amounting to Rs.39000/- but the authorities on contrary misbehaved with me and demanded illegally payment for removal of detection bills imposed against me.
5) Sir actual reading in my electricity meter is 4713 on 25-11-2010 but HESCO Department maintained present reading in electricity bill is 5696and difference units about 983 shall be removed.
S.D.O Citizen Colony received my application and on behalf of their conformation for remove dedication. I paid Rs.12000/= but they couldn’t resolve my issue and being careless and irresponsible. Then for same case I submitted an application in XEN Wapda office Qaimabad . Still there is no progress/solution in my matter, because monthly bills of previous meter are to be issued to me to-date.
You are therefore requested in your kind honor that above bogus and illegal detection bills amounting to Rs.39000/- imposed against me with malafide intention, shall be removed with the eye of law and restrain the HESCO Department from recovery of detection bills and do not disconnect of electricity of my house situated at Sachalabad Colony near happy homes Qaimabad, Hyderabad Sindh in any manner whatsoever till the final decision of my complaint/grievance.
Kindly instruct XEN/SDO for cancellation of illegal dedication on my bill. Please solve my problem I am a peasant person cannot afford unreal dues. I will be highly grateful to you. In case of injustice I will pursue the case in your court.
