Dear Sir
It is very sad to say that I am a very poor home consumer of Wapda but since last year every alternate month HESCO Sub Division Digri is issuing date charges of over 5000 Rs. Mean while as for as load is concerned it is only Five Fans and 7 Saver Blubs and only a TV along with one water moter
Since January 2017 till to date there are 4 date charges hasbeen issued
During the reading times we have so many time told them to treat us with justice
Since all date charges all coming Meeter readers openly asked us to give some amount to prevent these charges however having poverty we could not pay them illeagle amount in the name of corroption So therefore every alternate moth we are suffering from date bill charges which is totally illeagle
Since Last 15 Years I never missed my Electricity Bill and paying it with in due time
Main thing that there is no LT in entire village all meters are hanged in Transformer out side the village at open public place then there is no any opputunity of theifting of electricity.
This is also neccessosry to write that there 12 regular meters and paying timely and all are Hanged in Transformer and all 12 meters has date charges of over 5000Rs .
This is also I want to mention that in Feburary 2017 when I asked to Mr Saeed Ahmed Qaimkhani The Meter reader to help and guide in this regard He openly offered 3000 Rs when I refused He has herasshed and challenged me to get once more deduction charges by him
So not only Mr Saeed but every comming reader has open his mouth for extra amount but again we are poor and we could not avail amount for him and still suffering from illeagle charges
This is also must to mention that from LS to SDO and SDO to XCAN we cried but no any one gave us any respons
So therefore please take an immidiate action against said meter readers and all officials of HESCO Sub Division Digri District Mirpur Khas
