I want to drawn attention of head of Pakistan Post Office what reason only a single person working at SOLDIER BAZAR Karachi post office?
He ALONE perform the follow duties in Soldier Bazar Karachi Post Office:
a. Collect utility bills payment
b. Collect money order amount
c. Issue postage stamp ( subject to availability )
d. Accept local & foreign mail for postage
e. Renew license fee ( bike – car )
But it often closes the entrance door due to the fear of robbery? Customer avail service standing outside, more interesting to share this post office work ½ day ( 9 am to 1 Noon ) after that it closed.
It must work whole day and re-open after 2 PM to 5 PM to facilitate the customers.
I request to head of Pakistan Postal authority to depute someone in SOLDIER BAZAR Karachi post office so 2 persons can handle the customers and make sure the Pakistan Postal stamp envelope of Rs.8 must avail so no client should be refused.
Now it the duty and responsibility of Pakistan Postal authority to pay heed on my advice or ignore? Why not think again to re-establish Pakistan Post services and capture the confidence from the general public as private courier charges are very high as compare with the Pak Post.
If Pak Post sincere work than you got opportunity for more business and those un employed get employment in your department .
