Asslam O Alikum,
I tried to withdraw cash from the HBL ATM IIUI Branch 5006 Rs. 13000/- dated 29-08-2017 from my Debit card (6216 5700 1982 6758) but cash was not dispensed; however my Account/Credit Card has been debited. (My complains is attached here with).
Therefore, please send me 13000 back to my account so that my problems can be resolved. Even though a 3 month and 04 days have passed, your bank has not yet received any response. Do not know why you are doing Latitude while in such cases the money returns within 24 hours. You are requested to have calls on your Baranch and the helipline too many times. Please make sure to transfer money by following this application.
