I hope you are doing great. I belong to lahore pakistan. I was admitted my wife for a delivery case in indus hospital Manawa Lahore which is located on G.T Road. But I was very disappointed by the behavior of the staff. They are not trained how to handle and treat to the patients and attenders. They were very rude to my wife for couple of days until she didn’t released after her delivery operation. And they behave every time in a insulting way with us when we ask for any update about our patient which is my wife. Because sometime they allow my mother to visit her and sometime they don’t even let my mother visit her too for whole night and for a half day. And they don’t update about patients. Doctors behavior isn’t humanitarian. Even though when we reach out to MS he didn’t help us like he allow them to all staff treat every patient and to their visitors like animals.
And now my brothers wife is admitted in same gynaecology depart she operated by Doctors after couple of days in between these days we were not allowed to visit her gradually. And they didn’t update us in a whole day. Me and my brother ask to security guard after every couple of or three of hours please update us or let us meet her atleast once in 5 to 6 hours to find her condition. But he don’t allow or update us because he said Doctor won’t to update and they said don’t send any single visitor to gynaecology department.
Right now she is discharge after few hours of operation. Her son isn’t fine he is yet admitted in nursery he is doing continue vomiting. But they discharge her mother and said sit her in waiting area down to hospital and visit her son in every 2 hours to feed her. Is it humanity or is it right practices. May be you should decide I won’t to say anything. I would say they need training and should stick to handle patients and their visitors with good behavior. We already depressed but their behavior make us more depressed. I can’t told you how I tolerate this kind of behavior in all checkup dates of 9 months. We are thankful to you by your effort to provide free of cost treatment. If you see this email. So please give me any contact no to reach out to you for assistance about my brothers baby and her wife. What happened to I forgot but this is unbearable sir. I am expecting an urgent treatment to them or all the patients those suffers by their behavior and from this kind of acts. My sister in law is sitted in waiting area now she is feeling so much pain due to her operation and until now just few hours is passed out to her operation and she have to feed her baby after every 2hours. Is it right way to treat any human?
