My wife was operated at 11 April 2022. On 12 April 2022, when my wife and infant were being discharged from the hospital, the Dr at Gyane ward provided a discharge slip at 5:25 PM, while the Dr at Pead ward did not provide us with a discharge slip for the infant. Upon continuous request, he misbehaved, did not provide a slip, and ousted my family out of the ward (the operated mother and infant). The person who was making discharge slips mistreated us, teased and harassed us, and a staff/nurse dressed in blue by saying, (now I see, how can you get discharge slip). On duty, their female security, Ms. Kulsoom, did not tell us her name. Though Mr. Zaman (the security staff) intervened and helped us provide a discharge slip for the infant. The supporting documents are attached
1. They psychology tortured us.
2. They did not provide after birth injection for the infant (that is SOP)
I want immediate disciplanry action against the responsible as Indus is a charity hospital.
