Ordered 2 dresses from this place, it was a buy one get one free offer so a total of four dresses and the total price was 5600, obviously no small amount for a student with a limited budget. Received my parcel yesterday, first of all its a single dress not four like I ordered. Also the only one they sent is also scammed, not the one I ordered. They charged me all 5,600 and I couldn’t open the package to check it before payment as it was open after payment as you can see in the picture attached. They had told me refund/exchange would be possible and when I tried to contact them for it, they blocked me. I want my money back for a different need now and they’re not responding at all. I need help.
