from the Web advertise , a order was placed on 9-Feb-2020 through on line , said item received on 11th of Feb-2020 , upon opening the box it is observed that neither manual is in the box , nor box is in proper shape ( Pressed , which was Possible , while transportation , it was adviced to charge the watch for two hours before use , i had to charge it for Almost 6 hours , a formal intimation was also done to goto help line to Mr. Ramaiz , at 3.55 Pm
while it was charging , upon checking the Wrist band , scratches were observed , on Wrist band , and scner side of watch , so another call was made on help line on 12th Feb-2020 at 9.45 PM , to Mr. Faizan , upon complain he suggest to launch complaint on line , i request him to share address of on line setup on SMS , which was ignored
today 15th- Feb-2020 at 1.55 PM again i call help line to follow up the issue and talked to Mr. ramaiz , and he quoted that you havent upload the pictures , to which i respond that , i am waiting for the address , then he informed that we dont have SMS Facility , which , is accoding to my knowlidge is a common service of any cell phone network , then he offer me to collect the mentioned item to there ware house with out any return payment or reciept , which i refuse , that in that case what would be in my hand ? before accelating to the issue to higher Authority , I prefer to Dosument the complaint & History of the issue , Please note , at any stage no register complaint no is provided to me.
I assumed that this mail will reach to managment of Goto Setup and they will take the matter from here in there level to Ammucately solve the issue. or i’ll be free to raise the issue to concern Authority to get translate my rights as a customers and duties of Service Provider.
