مورخہ 20 اپریل 2025 کو میرے JazzCash اکاؤنٹ سے 200 روپے کی کٹوتی کی گئی جس کا میں نے کوئی اجازت یا تصدیق نہیں دی۔ ٹرانزیکشن میں “IP Pakistan Pvt Ltd” کا نام ظاہر ہو رہا ہے، جس سے میرا کوئی تعلق نہیں۔
میں نے JazzCash کی ہیلپ لائن پر تین بار کال کر کے شکایت درج کروانے کی کوشش کی، لیکن ہر بار نمائندہ غیر متعلقہ باتوں میں لگا رہا اور میرا بیلنس ختم کروا دیا۔ انہوں نے مجھے شکایت درج کرنے کا موقع نہیں دیا، جو کہ کسٹمر سروس کے معیار پر ایک بڑا سوالیہ نشان ہے۔
میری درخواست ہے کہ:
1. میری رقم فوری طور پر واپس کی جائے۔
2. IP Pakistan Pvt Ltd کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے۔
3. JazzCash کی کسٹمر سروس کو بہتر بنایا جائے تاکہ ایسے واقعات دوبارہ نہ ہوں۔
میں نے کٹوتی کا اسکرین شاٹ بھی بطور ثبوت محفوظ کیا ہوا ہے
The name of JazzCash is appearing, which I have no connection with. I tried to file a complaint by calling JazzCash helpline three times, but each time the representative kept rambling on and on and ended up deducting my balance. They did not give me a chance to file a complaint, which is a big question mark on the quality of customer service. I request that: 1. My money be refunded immediately. 2. Action be taken against IP Pakistan Pvt Ltd. 3. JazzCash customer service be improved so that such incidents do not happen again. I have also saved the screenshot of the deduction as evidence
