On 20th April 2025, an amount of Rs. 200 was deducted from my JazzCash account without my permission or any prior notification. The transaction shows “IP Pakistan Pvt Ltd” as the merchant, which I have never interacted with or authorized any payment to.
This is a clear case of unauthorized deduction, and I demand a refund of my money as soon as possible. I have also attached the screenshot as proof of this illegal transaction.
JazzCash and related authorities are requested to take immediate action against IP Pakistan Pvt Ltd and ensure the safety of user funds.
