two week back my JS bank credit card is missing at our home so i contact js bank service center for temporary blocking my credit card and service center is approved my request . after few hours later my card have got me so i have contact JS bank service center for unblocking my card but he said me your cnic is not updated and send your cnic front n back photo JS bank email address i have send this and js bank confirmation message received me may 28 2022 has been initiated tracking no is 2205283329729 .
the customer care officer said me after 2 or 3 working days your cnic is updated and your card is unblocking but today 06-06-2022 i have been contacted JS bank customer care center 12;15am to 01;00 hours but he is told me your request is still under process please kindly solve my issue at earliest please
