Dear Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention the issues I have been experiencing with my JS Bank credit card statements for the past Four months. As a long-time customer of JS Bank, I have always been responsible and prompt in making my payments and have never paid the minimum amount or missed a payment deadline.
However, since December 2022, I have been facing non-cooperative and non-professional behavior from your bank, which has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. On December 15th, I received my credit card statement summary of 8,516/-, and I promptly paid 8,500/-, receiving a confirmation SMS on January 6th, 2023, that the payment was received.
On January 15th, 2023, I received my credit card statement summary of 27,356.36/-, and I called the helpline to inquire about it. I was told that there was a mistake, and the issue happened with other customers as well. I was informed that a new bill would be generated soon. However, before the due date, no bill was sent to me, and I had to pay 20,223/- based on the information provided to me on my credit card Summary.

On February 8th, I received SMS, payment a total of 20,300/-, is received (1120& I9180) attached hard copies of these statements for your reference. On February 15th, 2023, I received a statement summary of 23,583/-, and the payable amount due was 15,561/-. once again, I called the helpline, a new story was told to me that the amount of 22000/-Rs paid in 6th Dec was credited twice and that the bank sent me a wrong calculated bill under stress I paid 13,000/Rs

15th March 2023 credit card statement summary 26,256.40 availed facility 14,685/

I have been calling the helpline to resolve this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Its bank mistakes not mine. I have been facing significant inconvenience and stress due to this issue, and it is causing me great frustration. I have attached details of my helpline calls for your reference.
