Unique punishment
I want to question from K ELECTRIC what reason you did not send electric bill of current month (Jul 2018 ) as new method of unique punishment for resident of SOLDIER BAZAR, Karachi Whom you deliver bill in SOLDIER BAZAR Karachi for the current month perhaps relative and friends of K electric staff & management.
Why doing such wrong practice which creates problems and hardship for consumers does you people learn how to get tension and torture to your consumers? Whose negligence and careless we people does not received K electric current month bill of Jul 2018? who responsible for such negligence and careless in which only consumer suffered?
Did you asked your courier why they failed to deliver us K ELECTRIC current month bill? As they offer service free of cost that reason they are exempted to asked any question.
I request to Governor of Sind, NEPRA please take immediate notice and know what reason K ELECTRIC fail to deliver us bill but other people received bill by which source?
Due to careless services for not attending complain & replying consumer on priority basis, un schedule load shedding and now begins to do not deliver bills that reason thousands of consumers not satisfied with K ELECTRIC performance.
