I am a regular Bill payer of KE and in reward I am receiving ASSD billing mode instead of regular billing mode.
In our area mostly peoples are using kunda by the cooperation of KE staff and those who are not paying kunda charges, they are receiving ASSD bills as a punishment.
Is this a reward of honesty by KE.
