Dear Sir,
I would like to invite kind attention of CEO K-Electric and NEPRA Pakistan, regarding K-Electric IBC Malir Model colony zone, who dispatched a bill for the month of November 2021 amounting to Rs.40,483.75/= which was issued on November 2021, whereas K-Electric did not generate bill for the month of October 2021. The K-Electric issued the bill of November 2021 without mentioning consumed units of October 2021.
The K-Electric mentioned Rs.40,483.75/= in the bill of November 2021 showed as outstanding balance, LPS charged Rs.2,322.60/- , Electricity charges Rs.10,579,.86, K.E made its current instalment of Rs.2,990/= per month and payable amount Rs.13,570/- which is injustice with up to date / regular payee consumers.
I, contacted to K.E helpline and as well as visited on 03-12-2021 at the Customer centre situated beside Pakistan Security Printing Press Malir. The representative informed me that K-Electric replaced the Electric Meter and added the meter charges Rs.27,582.22/- in the bill of November 2021 alongwith instalment charges.
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that Meter Number is the same in the K-Electric bill of September and November 2021. it means the electric meter has not been changed, so why the supplementary charges Rs.27,582.22/- has been added in the bill?.
It is pertinent to mention here that, monthly bills were paid on a regular basis and all bills up to September 2021 have been paid, bill copy attached for ready reference.
Moreover, I lodged the complaint at K-electric email address: [email protected] and sent 4 reminders, but K-electric did not response on my query.
It is therefore requested to CEO K-Electric to remove the fake charges from the bill.
An early action into the matter is requested please.
