Dear sir,
With reference to our earlier communication and subsequent visit to your office regarding change of name on k-Electric bill having consumer no. LC000182, but it is very unfortunate to say that bill received for the month of October 2017 still showing the old name (Saba Naz) instead of change name (masood Ali Khan)
Therefore, you are requested to investigate the matter and solve the issue of the above bill at an early date
