It is requested that we are employers at the university. We use to receive couriers from other services like leopards etc. But tcs center from narowal do not provider shipment at our doorstep. There are a lot of students here I. The college. University of narowal is also here near our college.
I think it is not suitable for the company to call us and tell us that we should collect our parcel from the tcs shop rather than to receive it at our doorstep. If u can’t provide services, then why do u charge for?
Please take it serious. It is not good for the reputation of your company.
