Subject: Request for justification of EXTRA /ARREARS AMOUNT
Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently a situation arises when I feel to register the complaint before it’s too late.
REFERENCE CONSUMER:AL612415 METER: S807515 A/C: 0400012297759
– I am shocked when I received Electricity bill in AUGUST, 2016 and surprised that arrears for an amount of Rs. 24557.69 is also added in the current bill without any justification as I am paying all received bills on regular basis.
– Also received another Sep,2016 bill for an amount of 37781.00 with current bill.
– I visited Tipu Sultan office on 08th August 2016 but no positive response is received from them. For sure, I would like to know the reason why the above amount have been charged as arrears where payment history
proves that I am paying all received bills on due dates and nothing is pending from my side.
– My humble request is to please check my previous bills and if there will be any outstanding not paid my me than it is justified otherwise if all previous bills are paid than kindly waive off the arrears and issue the amended bill accordingly.
– I believe you are well aware that delay in justice is denied IN-JUSTICE. Once again, it is my humble request to please don’t put additional financial burden or pressure for a common consumers like me as I am 70 YEARS old and retired from my job and also does not have any other source of income. It will be a great relief for me if same can be waived off. I shall be grateful, if you could look into this matter and resolve it once for all so I don’t have to bother you again and again.
