Dear Sir,
I am Shezad Hasan Ghori, resident of D-11, Bilal Colony opposite BL-18, Sector 5-E, North Karachi, account no. 0400014855217, I would like to inform you that I have been regularly paying all the dues for a long time, but an extra amount has been added to my electric bill because of misunderstanding about utility cable for illegal phase connection. The utility cable is routed with the power lines for which the photo evidence is attached.
The meter reading in the bill for the month of July 2017 was 17286, as shown.
The meter reading in the bill for the month of July 2017 was 17677, as shown.
The meter reading in the bill for the month of August 2017 is 17677, as shown.
The current meter reading, noted on august 30, 2017, is 17645, as shown.
Now you can see that meter reading was not taken properly. And the extra amount was charged falsely.
I request the respective dept. to resolve this issue and look in the matter as I am not able to pay the billing amount because of my low monthly salary.
I am visit IBC but no response my issue.
