I am an account holder of HBL since 2013, and currently struggling to have my bank statement from my parent branch. [As per the so-called policy of HBL, every branch is working as a parent branch and you can have any services from any branch, but the truth is, there is old school, incompetent people working and they consider themselves as a government employee, no resolution on time. I have called more than 50 times, but all in vain.
I would be considering launching this complaint on Twitter too.
