Subject: Complaint Regarding the of Address Update and Return Shipment of Courier (Tracking ID: #30361600616)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with one of your TCS agent. I had requested him to update the delivery address for my courier, but he denied my request and subsequently shipped my package back to Karachi without any proper justification. The tracking ID for the courier in question is #30361600616.
I had initially provided the correct and updated address for the delivery of my package. However, it appears that TCS Kotri branch agent disregarded my request and failed to accommodate my reasonable and necessary address update. This has caused me great inconvenience and frustration, as I rely on the timely delivery of my courier.
I would like to bring to your attention the importance of customer satisfaction and the need for TCS agents to adhere to customer requests, especially when it concerns essential matters like address updates. Denying such a simple request without providing any valid reason or alternative solution is highly unprofessional and goes against the standard of service I expect from TCS.
I kindly request you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate action against Mr. Ghulam Murtaza for his negligence and refusal to update my address as requested. I also request that you retrieve my courier from Karachi and arrange for its prompt delivery to my updated address, which is as follows:

Furthermore, I would appreciate being informed about the steps taken to rectify this situation and the estimated timeline for the delivery of my courier.
