I ordered 4 items but received two of them in first partial parcel paying 300 Rs. delivery charges. Then again I received the same item in another parcel with again delivery charges of 300 Rs. I paid thinking the parcel would have the remaining two items of the order but unfortunately the items were repeatedly sent. Now I want to return the repeated items and their online portal team is asking me to dispatch it on my own expense to their address. The quality of the products is also not up to the mark as advertised on their website.
