The product which i ordered is totally different from the picture they’ve shown. Very bad stuff and very unspecified. I am continuously trying to return the order but they are not responding. I want to return my order. Kindly help me in this regard.

Salam I have received my order but sorry to say that the product is not the same as I ordered. One of the product is also missing. I want to return and want my money refunded. I tried your number but they are not responding.
M order number is 388749 i want to cancel my order i have not recieved it yet i want to camcel as i am travelling now and wont be able to recieve the order
Need to return my order n get the money refunded .. as that which I have received isn’t at all what I had ordered .. the product colour too aren’t what I had ordered and quality size .. all too pathetic
