Avoid buying from Lemon Tart. They sent me an incomplete parcel with one article.. courier took cash of all articles. I called and messaged on their whatsapp number +923333653929 and instagram page ( lemontartpk ).. they kept replying with “tomorrow your parcel will be sent” “can you tell me the nature of your complaint” which went on for more than a month . Their customer service is utmost nonsense and really tests your patience, plus their clothes quality is below average. I am sure the company representatives are not able to sleep peacefully at night with the mess of a business they have created and determined to destroy. I wont wish my enemy for accidently liking something and buying from their page. Since courier company is not responsible of senders Lack of professionalism, Lemon Tart takes advantage of this loophole. It is embarassing for both courier company and customer to fight about something that none of them is at fault. I would ask the courier companies not to do business with them as well
Today I ordered 2 sets ready to wear ladies suit, after go thru reviews about your bad reputation.

Their cutting is also short, not 2.5eters…And i also suffered from bad experience by shopping with this so called brand…i ordered printed khaddar suit as mentioned in their add but they send roughly spoiled
painted suit not printed…
I’m Arbish from Multan… I received incomplete parcel from Lemon Tart.. they delivered 2 shirts while I ordered 6… I paid full money but they are not delivering my remaining order.. I have been waiting for 3 months, every time they asks for a week but they don’t deliver… This is a corrupt company… Never ever place any order from here..
