Mr.Saqib having ID 14378 misbehaved and used harsh language and the parcel was taken back by him.He was not willing to hand over the parcel and was arguing without any reason.He asked me to cancel the parcel as he will not had over the same to me.I was out with the parcel amount in my hand but he refused to hand over the parcel.This is pathetic service of M and P and the behavior of this person is really condemnable.Please train your staff to speak politely.
My parcel was a dress from Asim Jofa but due to misconduct of rider was not handed over to me.

mene percel mangwaya tha jo gulshan wali branch may aya un logo ny mujhe percel deliver krne ki zemat nhi ki or percel return kr diya…..head office k number pr mene complains ki lekin koi response nhi mila……
