I am account holder of HBL since years currently also i am having 2 Rutba accounts in HBL one of them is in E-11/3 Branch against whom i am lodging a valid complaint my Rutba account no is 23297106231301 about two weeks back i deposited two cheques of standard charter bank islamabad worth PKR 200000 unfortunately they were returned unactioned due to cheque book numbers being unactivated .The bank didnt inform me i rather enquired on landline&recieved a blunt reply.I than paid visit to bank activated cheque book numbers in front of operational manager the only hard working man he ensured me that the same cheques will be dispatched tomorrow.Today i surprisingly checked my online account of standard charter &came to know that money has not been deducted. I rang HBL they kept quiet and told me to give them some time and they will answer me back ,but no responce ,I after one hour again called bank & enquired about my cheques the female replied that are now in clearance .I want to ask from senior mangement director that whether its my duty to wake them up and tell them to do their duty are they themselves not responsible ?.Are they not paid for the job ?.Then why unnecessary my cheques were delayed and not processed in time.Or should i shift my account to another branch of HbL like F-10 because this branch is not efficient or value thier customers.This is not my first bad experience in this branch previously also my cheque was send back when i use to come and ask for my cheque book the reply use to be it has not been recieved from head office .We the bank will ourselves inform you once recieved from head office.After two weeks when i went to bank and asked for my cheque book the manager said sorry it has been despatched back to head office.Now again you have to wait for two weeks we will process the same today again.Please look into the matter and try to improve customer services in E-11/3 branch otherwise the branch will loose its credibility thanks Col R Dr Hamid Saeed Haq Director North Allmed Group of Companies Islamabad.
