Rikshaw rides are booked from my cell # 0321 2109006 but driver cancelled rides by himself. Although; i contacted to guide him but his phone was switch off. Then ,i tried to contact him through careem but the company informed me that his phone is off. so,i booked another ride but the driver cancelled ride himself. Then, i booked third ride rikshaw D 16431 & reached destination. But ,i received message of negative balance of excess amount & driver also demand. I request you to cancel fine & take action the rikshaw drivers for false statement to company as they cancelled rides their own. All this was happened between 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm on 29th January,2020.
