I am Coustomer No.3019341000(5) vide Bill ID.301939113627.
The problem with me is that I don’t receive monthly bill from your representative at door step. I have to collect it by myself which heavily costs my transport expenses. However, it is obligatory upon SSGC to send monthly bill to me on my home address at least one week before final date of payment.
Now it is 2330 hours today i.e. 19-04-2018 and final date for payment is tomarrow i.e. 20-04-2018.
Unfortunately, I am heart patient of more than 65 years age. Family has gone to village in Khairpur. How do I make payments?
Is the SSGC interested to impose surcharge on consumers for the fault of it’s own. Is it a Justice to consumers. Please do reply so that tomarrow I can make payment.
