SUBJECT: ILLEGAL RETENTION OF PESCO COLLECTION BY MANAGER HBL
SHER GHAR.
I would like to draw your kind attention to a very serious matter regarding illegal practice of retention of PESCO Collection exercised since last many months by Manager Habib Bank Ltd Sher Ghar Branch. In this connection a reference of correspondence address to your good office/Branch Manager as detail below is given for ready reference.

From the above state of affairs it is evident that if timely action was taken in the subject matter the Branch Manager might have not repeated this illegal practice being exercised for his vested interest which is against the norms of business as well as against the SOP between your Bank & PESCO.
It is once again requested to advise Branch Manager HBL Sherghar to refrain from such practice & immediately transfer the un-authorized retained amount a/w interest to our main PESCO A/C under intimation to this office, also to change his routine and transfer PESCO collection on daily basis as well as on the last working day of the month.

Finance PESCO Peshawar (ATT: A.M Banking) for information and it is requested to take up the matter with Regional Executives of HBL to resolve the issue as the local Executive/ Branch Manager HBL are least interested in redressal of our grievances as is evident from the correspondence stated above.
Manager HBL Sherghar Branch Mardan for information & it is requested to immediately transfer the illegal retained amount to our main PESCO A/c a/w interest on current Bank rates & also advise to refrain form such practice in future.
SDO Sherghar for information w/r to above & you are directed to depute your SDC Commercial on daily basis to HBL Sherghar to ensure daily remittance of PESCO collection.
