Kindly refer to above requested complainants regarding non issuance of loan in favour of both applicants without any cogent reason, just cause and justification and rather denied to receive complaint through TCS and still denying to issue the loan amount in favour of applicants even complainants repeatedly making request to Manager HBL Khipro Branch, and approached the Higher HBL Authorities in response to complaints made by the complainants replied through email the same is reproduced as under
“In response to your complaint C2508160652, we would like to inform you that your account is hold due to order of Honourable Court in which a suit was filed against disputed land and the Honourable court strictly stopped for any transaction so in the interest of Bank the hold was marked on loan amount. Thanking you Dua Riaz Complainant Resolution Officer HBL Service Quality”
In this context it is to inform you that neither the Honourable Court issued any clear directives to put the applicants’ loan cases on hold or may not issue the loan amount in their favour as asserted in the above version put forth on the part of HBL , there stands no standing orders of the Honourable Court for keeping the loan case on hold but it is only a drama stage by the HBL Khipro Branch Authorities under the influence of opposite party hence this request for release of loan in favour of applicants above named in order to enabling them to grow any crop over their respective lands without any delay in order to eke out honourable livings out of their respective blocks of land.
