Dear Sir, AoA ! I am a valued client of HBL since,2011. An issue of my dysfunctional HBL Visa Card No 4902 8700 0262 666 is under correspondence with the Bank Authorities. Actually, they are charging me for disfunctional card since , 2015 which has bleeded me & dried up my A/C completly. Instead of favourable response, I am daily receiving frantic calls from HBL visa card Deptt for recovery of a service which I availed only once in the year,2013. Today , Mr. Waqas of the said Deptt made me call from PTCL Land Line No 021-34525861 for recovery. of fictious amount of Rs. 21,781/- only. His tone & tenor was indecent to say the least. He used intemperate languge & threated me of dire consequence. This first time in my life where I have encountered an indecent person on a front desk of a reputed Bank. Therefore, I request you in earnest to remove him from this position & place some decent & cultured person preferably a lady in order to improve the image of the Bank. with profound regards.
