The franchise owner’s behaviour is not cooperative at all. He didn’t deliver my parcel on the mentioned address, rather kept insisting on me to take my parcel from the franchise. I was unable to take it by myself due to some personal reasons. My parcel arrived at 19th Feb 2019 and i went to take it today from there but he didn’t bother to deliver it.
