Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Hassan Ali. My consignment tracking number is 554236210002825.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by your brand name M&P and your delivery guy, Raja Usman. I had recently ordered a pair of shoes from Ndure, and they entrusted the delivery of my package to your company. However, to my dismay, Raja Usman only made one delivery attempt and then sent the package back to the sender.
When I inquired about the status of my delivery, I was informed that Raja Usman had made only one delivery attempt and could not find me at the time of delivery; however there is an address available on the package also.
Furthermore, I have contacted your customer service team in Pakistan thrice, but they have not been able to provide me with any satisfactory response or resolution to my complaint.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by your brand name M&P and your delivery guy, Raja Usman. As a result of his negligence, I have been left without the shoes I had ordered and causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I would like to request that a thorough investigation be carried out into this matter and that appropriate action be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, along with a resolution to the issue at hand.
